Electric-field mitigation of TLS defects

Two-level-system defects limit transmon coherence. On-chip electrodes apply DC/AC fields to move TLS away from the qubit frequency, and on-chip low-pass filters keep the electrodes from adding loss. I designed the qubits and filters (GDSpy, Ansys HFSS).
